PLANNING COMMITTEE
Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held at 7.00pm on Thursday, 21 August 2003 at The Institute. Councillor Warrick, Chairman, presided over Councillors Blessett, Griffiths, Stevens and the clerk. No members of the public were present.
020 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE were received and the reason accepted from Cllr Shinkins due to a family holiday.

022 MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING
The minutes of the meeting held on 24 July 2003, having previously been circulated, were approved as a true and correct record and signed by the Chairman.

025 CORRESPONDENCE
The Committee received and noted copies of correspondence and a petition sent to the Planning Authority objecting to the proposed development of two semi-detached bungalows on the plot adjacent to 2 Priory Close.
