PLANNING COMMITTEE

Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held at 7.00pm on Thursday, 24 July 2003 at The Institute. Councillor Warrick, Chairman, presided over Councillors Blessett, Griffiths, Shinkins and the clerk. No members of the public were present.

014 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE were received and the reason accepted from Cllr Stevens due to a work commitment.

The following declarations of interest were made after the clerk clarified the definition of personal interests in connection with normal work place contact.
