Lincolnshire County Council
Introduction
The Deepings are in the county of Lincolnshire. Our County Council meets at Lincoln and has offices and depots located in the other parts of the county. The County Council is responsible for structure (strategic) planning, libraries and education, refuse disposal, highways and transport, police and fire.
MembersDeeping St James has one councillor on the County Council: Philip Dilks (Lab), who also sits on the Police Authority and is a member of our Parish Council. Cllr Dilks represents only Deeping St James: Market Deeping and West Deeping have separate representation. |
